For those that prefer group practices, here are two options:
- Get on a waitlist to start weekly classes.
- Bring your friends or co-workers together.
We can meet outdoors if you’re local, or by Zoom if you’re not – or if weather is inclement.
Group practices work on a 10 class pass and begin when a time slot opens with 6 to 10 people available to come together.
Cost is $20 per class. Purchase 10 at a time.
We’ll come together once a week and focus on what the group needs: breath, mindfulness, nervous system strength, stress & anxiety, calm & clarity, physical flexibility and stamina, sleep or digestive issues – based on the group’s agreed upon common goal.
