I’m a writer, meditation coach, and traveler. I travel quite a bit, around this planet as well as deep into my inner world, to explore, understand, grow, and play.

We live in a busy and overwhelming world. My work is to teach you how to get back to your regulated self, take command over your time and space, and find Joy so that you can experience the life you want.

I use breath, meditation, Ayurveda, and daily habits as tools for you to better understand how to work with your mind-body constitution and to make decisions that guide you to your most authentic life.

How can I best utilize your support and the work that you do?

First, subscribe to my weekly blog. When you subscribe, you’ll receive my blog in your inbox each week. You can ask me questions right there under Comments, and I will always answer them.

If you want downloadable lessons that will help you put specific principles into practice, purchase a lesson: they are in bite-sized PDF or video format. Included are lessons in Calendaring, Spiritual Hungers, The 3 Step Guide to Sustained Energy, and the One Simple Breath (this one’s on the house).

If you want a deeper lesson to go through, purchase one of my courses, including Six Weeks to Sustained Energy, The 4-Season Practices, and The 4 Pillars to Good Health. These are all super affordable.

What does your 30-minute support session entail?

You’ll see that on my scheduler, this session is called “30 minute Breath or Meditation”. You can use it for a tutorial on anything related to what you learn here through my blog and lessons, to get a personal meditation session because you just need a guided meditation session, or to get support on what you’re working through as it relates to personal wellness practices.

What commitment is required?

No commitment to me is required, EXCEPT when you schedule a call, please show up.

Don’t buy a lesson with an “I’ll give it a try” approach, you’ll set yourself up for failure. Instead, purchase a lesson committed to your growth. Tell yourself, “I’m doing this.”

Most importantly, commit to yourself to want more. By that, I don’t mean more stuff. I mean that you see that you are important enough to invest time, money, love, sweat, and tears into… more than you have been.

What results can I expect from working your lessons?

These are all simple lessons. What ever makes them difficult, if you find this to be true, is typically the continuous renegotiating with yourself that you’re too busy, tired, and unable to set at least a small amount of time for yourself daily – to put on your oxygen mask first. Rest assured that you’re in good company, but be one of the few that keeps this simple. You got this.

How much does your 30-minute session cost?

$65. If you need longer and regular sessions, cost is based on availability and the goals you want to achieve. Start with the 30-minute session.

How do I know if the work I’m doing is working?

You’ll know it’s working when you experience tantrums that inevitably come from committing to new practices and habits. The comfortable parts of you will rebel, guaranteed. This is when you know you’re at your edge. You don’t have to push further than that, but stay there as long as you can and reach out for support when you think you need it. Just don’t stop working through the tantrums. By doing so, you are conquering your shadows.
