The 3 directions of Anger

Hang on to it and spiral into a sort of helplessness that feels in control but isn’t. It only controls us and denies us the ability to move forward. It actively judges the doers from the audience’s seat, and it judges ourselves right into addictions, disconnections, and sickness rather than into transformative action to a better version of ourselves and to a better experience of our days.

Do something about it, heeding its message to take some sort of action to become realigned with where the soul needs to be, and to release ourselves from this cruelty, this bondage. Drop the madness of the ego and reconnect with what’s really true for us, and with our relationships. The ego will tantrum, but only for a while until it knows we are okay. It’s like a child trying to take control until it realizes the mother is there and present to take care of her.

Let it go and find the sadness, the frustrations, the tears, and all the things that need to release and heal. Letting go purges, opens, and reconnects. Experience the power of surrender (to your higher self). Embrace the natural opening up to Self, to community and to the beauty of human interdependence. Find the precious moments again.
